Las Vegas offers some of the best fine dining in the United States. Hotels both on and off the Strip serve up a wide variety of luxurious choices including fine Italian, Chinese, Japanese, French and Caribbean cuisines as well as the traditional American steak house. In love with the Food Network or a particular cooking show? Keep an eye out for celebrity chefs such as Michael Mina, Bobby Flay, and Rick Moonen. They all have signature restaurants in Vegas.
Because this is the cream of the crop when it comes to eating in Sin City (and also because bringing things like fresh seafood into the desert is costly) expect your fine dining experience to cost upwards of $50 per person. Also, don't forget to call ahead, as most of these places will require reservations.
